LTE-Cat4 UMTS/GSM GNSS (optional) mPCIe
Quectel EC25 Mini PCIe is a series of Category 4 LTE modules adopting the standard PCI Express minicard (Mini PCIe) form factor. It is optimized specifically for M2M and IoT applications, and offers 50Mbps downlink and link speeds.
EC25 Mini PCIe contains 5 variants. This makes it backwards compatible with existing EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks, ensuring that it can be connected even in remote areas lacking 4G or 3G coverage.
EC25 Mini PCIe supports Qualcomm IZat Gen8C Lite positioning technology. Integrated GNSS greatly simplifies product design and delivers faster, more accurate and more reliable positioning.
A rich set of Internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and abundant functionality extends the module's applicability to a wide range of M2M applications such as industrial routers, industrial PDAs, rugged tablet PCs, video surveillance and digital signage.
