Semtech LR62XE series Bluetooth & LoRa module
M262X840XE is a series of LoRa modules based on Semtech LR62XE chipsets integrating various Nordic nRF5340 or nRF52840 chipsets (BLE 5.2).Max. TX power is +29.2 dBm, just under the FCC +30 dBm limit. The BT840XE version has a Max TX power of +21 dBm.Theoretical maximum range between two BT840XEs at 125 kbps is 15 Km or 9 miles.
