On the security and network side, it supports multiple protocols (SNMP, TR-069, MQTT, VRRP) and VPNs (OpenVPN, IPSec, L2TP, PPTP, GRE, DMVPN, WireGuard, ZeroTier), as well as an SPI firewall, ACL/DMZ, filtering, and centralized authentication (Radius, TACACS+, LDAP).

For remote management, the router is compatible with MilesightVPN (secure access via authentication code) and DeviceHub, Milesight's centralized M2M/IoT management solution, enabling remote configuration, firmware, supervision and geolocation of equipment.
